This involves submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document — for Malaysian residents, a MyKad — and may additionally require proof of address and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in the Account holder's own name. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.
